These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Wild Country website and by placing an order via the website you accept our terms of sale. If you are not in agreement, please refrain from using our website and contact us for further information.

Cancellation Policy : We recommend that you review the contents of your shopping cart before you proceed to check out and payment of your order. No cancellation of orders once payment has been approved. Anyone ordering products from this website has the authority to do so and is not breaching any NZ laws.
Return Policy : Should there be a manufacturing fault with the product, please return by post, the product to the manufacturers address on the product label for replacement with your full contact details including an email address for correspondence.
Refund Policy : refunds are not given on any product unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product. Replacement of an equivalent value will be offered.
Shipping Policy : rates quoted on the website are GST inclusive. Orders are currently dispatched via PBT Couriers (or a sub-contractor of PBT) and can only be sent to a physical address. Any damages must be reported on receipt of the goods so replacements can be sent.
