Buttermilk Bacon Ranch Scones

4 cups self raising flour
2 level teaspoons baking powder
1 bottle of 362 Grillhouse Buttermilk Bacon Ranch Dressing
330ml sparkling water
a good pinch of salt
chopped parsley (about 2 Tbsp optional)

In a large mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt and chopped parsley (if using)
Make a hole in the middle and tip in the bottle of 362 Grillhouse Buttermilk Bacon Ranch Dressing. Use some of the sparkling water to rinse out the bottle and add this into the bowl with the remaining water.
Use a knife to cut the mixture together until it forms a dough.
Turn this out onto a lightly floured bench and press this into a rectangle shape about 2.5cm in thickness.
Cut to desired size and put onto a lined baking tray.
Bake at 220C for 10 minutes - they'll be risen, golden and ready to be pulling apart and a good spread of butter. Enjoy!
